Enjoy your delicious homemade s’more!

Ingredients:

Graham crackers
Marshmallows
Chocolate bars
Instructions:

Prepare a campfire, grill, or preheat your oven to broil setting.

Break the graham crackers into individual squares. You will need two squares for each s’more.

Break the chocolate bars into small pieces or use chocolate squares specifically made for s’mores.

Take a marshmallow and skewer it with a long roasting stick or metal skewer. Hold the marshmallow over the fire or place it on the grill, making sure to rotate it for even browning. If using an oven, place the marshmallow on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and broil it for a few seconds until it becomes golden brown. Be careful not to burn it.

Once the marshmallow is toasted to your liking, carefully remove it from the heat source and place it on one of the graham cracker squares.

Quickly place a few pieces of chocolate on top of the hot marshmallow.

Take another graham cracker square and press it gently on top of the marshmallow and chocolate, creating a sandwich.

Allow the heat from the marshmallow to melt the chocolate slightly, or if you prefer a melted chocolate consistency, you can place the s’more back over the fire or in the oven for a few seconds.

Remove the s’more from the heat and let it cool for a moment to avoid burning yourself.
