Ingredients:

For the Spicy Chicken:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

For the Southwest Sauce:

1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin
Salt to taste

For the Wrap:

4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Optional: Shredded cheese, avocado slices, hot sauce

Instructions:

Heat a pan on the hob or a grill to a medium-high temperature.

Combine the chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. The chicken breasts should be covered with the spice mixture on both sides

Drizzle the olive oil on the grill or pan and cook the seasoned chicken breasts for about 6-8 minutes per side or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). After the chicken has finished cooking, turn off the heat and give it some time to rest. Slice the chicken into thin strips.

In another bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, and salt to create the Southwest sauce.

Lay out the flour tortillas and spread a generous amount of the Southwest sauce onto each one.

Divide the shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, red onion, black olives, and fresh cilantro among the tortillas.

Place the sliced chicken evenly over the vegetables. Add any optional ingredients like shredded cheese, avocado slices, or hot sauce according to your preference.

The tortillas should be securely rolled, tucking in the sides as you go. Secure each wrap with toothpicks or wrap them in parchment paper for easy handling.

Slice the wraps in half diagonally or into smaller pinwheels for appetizers.

Enjoy the explosion of flavors in every bite by serving right away.
